Sustainability Student Intitiatives Forum

Das Sustainability Student Initiatives Forum (SSIF) verbindet studentische Initiativen die sich mit Nachhaltigkeit beschäftigen und ermöglicht Erfahrungs- und Wissensaustausch.

Was macht das SSIF?

Das SSIF bietet ein Netzwerk für Studierende und studentische Initiativen, die sich mit Nachhaltigkeitsthemen beschäftigen. Durch regelmäßige Veranstaltungen und einen gemeinsamen Chatroom werden Gedanken, Ideen und Herausforderungen ausgetauscht, diskutiert und weiterentwickelt.

  • Vernetzung von Initiativen untereinander und mit interessierten Studierenden
  • Organisation von Workshops zu Themen, die für studentische Initiativen relevant sind (Kommunikation, Sichtbarkeit, Finanzierung)
  • Peer-to-Peer Learning durch Austausch von Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen
  • Unterstützung für die Teilnahme an Messen für studentische Initiativen und an Nachhaltigkeitsveranstaltungen, für mehr Sichtbarkeit und Vernetzung in der TUM-Gemeinschaft

Das SSIF ist ein gemeinsames Projekt des TUM Sustainability Office und des Referat für Umwelt der Studierendenvertretung.

Wir bieten den Raum und die Plattform – die Inhalte werden gemeinsam mit und für die Initiativen entwickelt!

Jeder an der TUM – insbesondere diejenigen, die eine oder beide der folgenden Fragen mit JA beantworten können:

  • Ihr wollt euch in einer studentischen Initiative engagieren, wisst aber nicht, welche am besten zu euch passt?
  • Ihr seid bereits eine Gruppe an der TUM und sucht eine Möglichkeit euch mit anderen Initiativen zu vernetzen und eure Arbeit Studierenden vorzustellen?

Ihr wollt euch mit anderen Initiativen zusammenschließen und vernetzen?

Was wurde bisher getan - unsere vergangenen Veranstaltungen?

Im Mittelpunkt der sechsten SSIF-Sitzung stand die Diskussion über mögliche zukünftige Formate und Aktivitäten des SSIF. Die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Initiativen wurden diskutiert und Ideen ausgetauscht. Außerdem erstellte jede Initiative einen kurzen Steckbrief, diese werden auf der Website des Referats für Umwelt veröffentlicht.

Beim ersten TUM Nachhaltigkeitstag am 27. Oktober 2022 stellte die TUM ihre Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie vor und auf allen TUM-Campus fanden Veranstaltungen zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit statt. Das SSIF organisierte eine Messe, auf der sich 16 Initiativen an interaktiven Ständen präsentierten. So konnten die Initiativen ihre Arbeit vorstellen, Fragen beantworten und mit interessierten Studierenden, die die Messe besuchten, ins Gespräch kommen.

In der vierten SSIF Session wurde die Beteiligung der Initiativen am TUM Sustainability Day geplant. Veranstaltungen und die Teilnahme am Tag selbst wurden besprochen und die Initiativen wurden über die allgemeine Organisation und Aufgaben informiert.

In der dritten SSIF-Session, drehte sich alles um das Thema Kommunikation. In einer interaktiven Diskussion wurden Best-Practices zur internen und externen Kommunikation ausgetauscht. Erfahrungen mit guter und auch schlechter Kommunikation wurden ausgetauscht und diskutiert. Außerdem wurde besprochen wie die interne und externe Kommunikation der Initiativen verbessert werden könnte.

In der zweiten SSIF-Sitzung tauschten Initiativen ihre Erfahrungen und Gedanken aus und teilten bewährte Verfahren und Ideen zu drei Themen: 

  • Wie organisiert man erfolgreiche online Meetings?
  • Wie kann man in Zeiten von Corona neue Mitglieder gewinnen?
  • Lasst uns über Finanzierung sprechen – was brauchen wir und wie bekommen wir es?

In der ersten SSIF-Sitzung konzentrierten wir uns auf das gegenseitige Kennenlernen! Zunächst wurde der Zweck der SSIF erläutert, dann stellten verschiedene Initiativen ihre Arbeit und ihr Ziel kurz vor. Wir beendeten die Sitzung mit „Speed-Dating“ – Initiativen hatten die Möglichkeit, sich miteinander zu vernetzen, indem sie nach dem Zufallsprinzip in kleine Gruppen eingeteilt wurden, um Gedanken und Ideen auszutauschen.
